The “Everest Base Camp & Island Peak Adventure Trek – 19 Days Himalayan Expedition” is a comprehensive high-altitude trekking and climbing experience in Nepal. The journey begins with arrival in Kathmandu (1,350 m), where you are transferred to your hotel for rest and acclimatization, followed by a day of sightseeing around Kathmandu Valley visiting Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Patan Durbar Square while attending expedition briefings and finalizing trekking permits. The adventure officially starts with a scenic flight to Lukla (2,840 m), followed by a 3–4 hour trek to Phakding (2,610 m) along the Dudh Koshi River, and continues with trekking to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), the bustling Sherpa town, including an optional acclimatization hike to Khumjung Valley. The trek then ascends through pine and rhododendron forests to Tengboche (3,860 m), passes through yak pastures to Pheriche (4,280 m), and continues along the Khumbu Glacier to Lobuche (4,940 m). From Lobuche, trekkers reach Gorakshep (5,164 m) and the iconic Everest Base Camp (5,364 m), followed by a sunrise hike to Kala Patthar (5,545 m) and descent to Dingboche (4,360 m).
